This notice describes information used by the American International Christian Chaplains Association (AICCA) through aicca.net and the AICCA Online Campus.

Information you provide

When you create an account, place an order or contact AICCA, the information may include your name, email address, telephone number, billing or mailing address, order details and the contents of your message. The campus records account details, course enrollments, learning activity, exam attempts, scores and completion records.

The program also asks you to provide photo identification before credentials are issued. If you provide identification or other supporting documents, AICCA uses them in its credential-verification process. Contact AICCA with questions about how a document you have supplied is handled or retained.

How the information is used

Information supports enrollment, account access, payment and order administration, course delivery, exam records, credential verification, customer support and website security. The website and campus use cookies for functions such as sign-in, shopping carts and security. Server and security logs may record IP addresses, browser information and requests to the site.

Payments and service providers

Authorize.net is the payment provider configured for online card payments. Payment processing uses the information submitted during checkout. Website order records can include payment status, transaction references and billing details. Do not send payment card numbers or security codes by email or through the contact form.

Hosting, email, website-support and payment providers may process information needed to deliver their services. The website and campus maintain separate account and course records.

Records and requests

Order, account, course, communication and technical records are held in different systems. Deleting a website account does not automatically remove campus results or records held by service providers. To ask what information AICCA holds about you, request a correction or deletion, or ask about retention of a particular record, contact AICCA using the details below. AICCA may need to verify your identity to address your request.
