AICCA does not offer refunds. The Chaplaincy Program includes digital course access and physical products that are shipped to students. Program purchases are non-refundable. Campus renewal fees are also non-refundable.

This policy does not limit rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

For help with campus access, shipping or a billing problem, contact info@aicca.net or call 407-956-2525. Include your order number, the email address used for enrollment and a description of the issue. Do not include payment card numbers or security codes.
