Terms of enrollment.

Enrollment

The AICCA Chaplaincy Program fee is $799, paid at checkout. Your online campus account is created with the email address used at checkout and your login instructions are emailed to you. Your enrollment includes both video courses, both final exams, one live Zoom training session and twelve months of campus access.

Admission and conduct

Applicants must be called of God to serve as a Christian chaplain, walking with the Lord and affiliated with a Christian organization, have a clean criminal record, and strive to live a life that is beyond reproach. AICCA may require a background check before issuing credentials and may decline or withdraw certification where these requirements are not met.

Exams and credentials

Each course ends with a 100-question final exam; 70% is a passing score and each exam may be attempted up to three times. After both exams are passed, you will be asked to send a copy of your photo ID. Your Chaplain Certificate, Chaplain Badge and Chaplain ID card ship within fifteen days after completion and verification. Credentials remain the property of AICCA and must be returned if certification is withdrawn.

Scope of certification

AICCA certification is an ecclesiastical certification issued by a Christian ministry association. It is not a state license and not an academic accreditation. Institutions where chaplains serve set their own requirements. AICCA chaplains agree to represent their qualifications and affiliations accurately.

Campus access and renewal

Campus access lasts twelve months from enrollment. After that, access may be renewed for $99 per year. Renewal is not automatic; you may renew at any time from the Enroll page. Your certificate and badge remain yours whether or not you renew.

Refunds

All sales are final. AICCA does not offer refunds because the Chaplaincy Program includes digital course access and physical products that are shipped to students. Program purchases and campus renewal fees are non-refundable. This policy does not limit rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Privacy

We collect your name, email address and billing details to process your enrollment and to create your campus account, and a copy of your photo ID to verify your identity before credentials are issued. We do not sell your information. Payment card details are processed by our payment provider and are never stored by AICCA.
